Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to BK66. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and BK66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the BK66 platform — including sports betting markets, slot games, live casino, and all other features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using BK66 immediately and not create or continue to operate an account. BK66 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, and related services. All monetary transactions on BK66 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2 Eligibility

To register and use BK66, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming and sports betting are permitted under applicable local rules.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by BK66 or any affiliate platform.
• You must be registering and using the account solely in your own name, for your own personal use.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.

BK66 reserves the right to request documentation to verify age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on BK66. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, BK66 will close all but the original account and may confiscate any bonus funds or winnings accrued through the duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activity that occurs under your account. BK66 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. BK66 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on BK66 are processed in PKR. Supported deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. BK66 does not apply hidden fees on deposits from its end, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. BK66 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not matching the registered user's identity, it may be returned and the account placed under review.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. BK66 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timelines stated in the platform's banking section. BK66 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits are as displayed in the platform at the time of transaction.
• Funds cannot be transferred between BK66 accounts.
• BK66 does not pay interest on account balances held on the platform.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity and are not redeemable as cash until wagering has occurred.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

BK66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, and validity periods. These individual bonus terms are displayed at the point of offer and must be read before claiming any promotion.

General rules that apply to all BK66 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless specifically stated as applying to bonus plus deposit.
• Bonuses claimed through suspected collusion, use of multiple accounts, or artificial betting patterns will be voided.
• BK66 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per user, household, device, and IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Free bets and free spins are non-withdrawable; only winnings generated from these may be subject to withdrawal after meeting wagering conditions.

If BK66 reasonably suspects that a player is misusing bonus offers — for example through coordinated betting with other players to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk — the company reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on BK66 are subject to the platform's betting rules as displayed within the relevant sports or casino section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that market or game.

• Bets are not accepted from individuals with inside knowledge of the event outcome.
• BK66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being published, BK66 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing during events. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured at the odds shown at time of placement.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and Test matches — specific void rules apply in the event of match abandonment, reduced overs, or delayed starts. These are detailed within the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These may vary by sport, league, and bet type.
• Winnings from bets are credited to the main account balance upon settlement. Settlement timelines follow the stated event result confirmation periods.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK66 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of an event for betting gain.
• Collusion with other players or external parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through an identified technical error are not valid.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial crime.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the BK66 platform.

BK66 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where legally required to investigate suspected financial crime or fraud. Account balances associated with prohibited activities may be frozen pending investigation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

BK66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious account activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the user's own request.

Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting BK66 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original deposit method after all standard verification checks have been completed.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BK66 may withhold any balance pending an investigation. The outcome of that investigation will determine whether any funds are returned.

9 Privacy & Data

BK66 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and to improve the platform experience.

BK66 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, or where legally obligated.

10 Responsible Gaming

BK66 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Gaming should be viewed as a form of paid entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

BK66 encourages all users to:

• Set a personal gaming budget before each session and stick to it.
• Set time limits on gaming activity and take regular breaks.
• Never chase losses — if you have reached your budget for the session, stop.
• Keep track of the total amount spent on gaming over time.

11 Limitation of Liability

• BK66 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.
• BK66 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a user's failure to maintain account security.
• Betting and gaming involve financial risk. BK66 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from bets placed on the platform — outcomes are determined by the relevant sport or game result and are not controlled by BK66.
• In no event shall BK66's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Terms

These Terms represent the complete agreement between BK66 and its users regarding use of the platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements. BK66 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of BK66 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
